We are a Cardboard Engineering constructional service specialising
in :-
Folding Cartons, Point of Sale, Elasticated Pop-ups, Presentation
Packaging and Direct Mail devices.
With an in-depth knowledge of the materials and processes
required to create 3-Dimensional products we are well placed to
create your next big idea in Cardboard. Everything we design is
created via a CAD system, so you can guarantee accuracy,
repeatability and in a format which can be read by PC or MAC.
Welcome to The Box Office Studio
We have an extensive library of standard cartons, including the
ECMA and FEFCO standards. This enables us to create packaging
that we know will perform its function and is straightforward to
manufacture.
We are more than happy to take on any run length (from 1 up to
100,000+ items) in Corrugated, Cartonboard or Flexible Plastics.
These can be printed or plain so if your requirement is only for a
small quantity you only need to have the amount you really want.
When it comes to materials we don’t just work in Corrugated and
Cartonboard, we regularly create designs in Displayboard and
have a wide range of Leaflet Dispensers including the popular
Twist Lock Style.
In fact we aren’t just limited to Cardboard, If you have a
requirement for a design in Polypropylene or PVC we can work in
these mediums too. If you need a Carton, Presentation Packaging,
Point of Sale, anything that is 3-dimensional we are more than
happy to rise to the challenge.
It isn’t an occupation many
people outside of the Printing
Industry are very familiar with
but most people will use or see
something everyday that has
been “Cardboard Engineered”.
Essentially it is the designing of
3-Dimensional items using
various types of paper based
products, whether they are
brown boxes made from
Corrugated, Direct Mail items
on Artboard or Life size free
standing figures made from
Displayboard.
Most Cardboard Engineering is
now designed with the aid of
computers using sophisticated
CAD programs and a
cutter/plotting table. These two
items have revolutionised the
Cardboard world and have
enabled designers to keep up
with the pace of modern
Printing & manufacturing
techniques.
So next time you open a
children’s Pop-up Book or eat
an Easter Egg, spare a thought
for the Cardboard Engineers
hard work.
