Design Consultancy
With over 30 years experience in the Cardboard Constructional field we have
a wealth of experience for you to call on.
CAD/CAM Sample Making
We can accept your files or design your job on our CAD system and then
transfer this to our CAM Cutter/Plotter to create the finished sample.
Digital Die cutting
If you have a requirement for a short run of Cartons or a dozen POS units for
an exhibition, no problem we can produce them, printed or not with each one
being exactly the same as the last.

Design Evaluation & Production are our main
areas of expertise, with Litho, Screen &
Digital we are well versed in all areas of
Cardboard Constructional Design.
We aren’t just here for Advertising Agencies
and Graphic Designers, we offer our services
to all areas of Production.
So if you are a Printer who has been given a
brief and aren’t sure where to start, give us a
call.
If you are a finishing house and don’t have
the right equipment to finish a job, give us a
call we may have just the machine for your
job.

Sample Cutting

One off samples are another speciality of
The Box Office Studio, we have made
samples for Photo Shoots, for Advertising
Agency pitches, proof of concept and pre-
production samples for machine assembly
trials.
We don’t just supply plain samples, we also
provide samples made from Digital Proofs,
Litho or Screen wet proofs for approval and
various types of coloured and embossed
stocks.
But it doesn’t end there, If the design is going
to be a production run we provide all the
information including the material
specification, assembly instructions and
drawings.

Short Run production work

We are frequently asked to produce multiple
off samples which will be the total of an order.
If a job is only for one item which will never
become a production order we are happy to
oblige.
If the job is 25 or 50 again we can provide
them, In fact we will consider most items up
to about a quantity of 100.
The limiting factors are usually, the material,
complexity of the design or the time
constraints.
Printed production runs are also no problem,
so if you have a Digital Print run or a multiple
Wet Proof run we are happy to deliver.
Large Format Digital prints that have been
mounted to White Lined Greyboard or
Corrugated are also possible using our
Digital Diecutting facilities.
